C-RW Mobile Notary will handle your documents with precision and care. I specialize in General Notary Work to include, but not limited to Jurats, Acknowledgements, I-9 verifications Oath/Affirmations, Copy Certifications and more. Our motto is “We Drive to You!” We can meet at your home, hospital, or the local coffee shop. As a full-time educator, my hours are primarily evenings, weekends and holidays...you know those times when your typical Notary Public isn’t available. I offer convenience for those urgent matters that need to be taken care of promptly. I look forward to meeting you.
Mobile Notary Services
Commissioned to serve the State of Mississippi; I reside on the Mississippi Gulfcoast. I’m available to serve Vancleave, Ocean Springs, St. Martin, Biloxi, Gautier, Pascagoula and Moss Point. Other areas of the Coast are on a case by case basis, depending up my schedule/availability.
Fees:
All notarial acts are set by the State of Mississippi: 1. for acknowledgments, five dollars ($5.00) per signature; 2. for oaths or affirmations without a signature, five dollars ($5.00) per person; 3. for jurats, five dollars ($5.00) per signature; 4. for signature witnessings, five dollars ($5.00) per signature.
All notarial services will incur a mileage/convenience fee, as follows:
-$20 St. Martin, Vancleave, Ocean Springs and Gautier. (Within service hours). Outside of my normal business hours $25.
-$25 for Biloxi, D’Iberville, Moss Point and Pascagoula. (Within service hours). Outside of my normal business hours $30.
*******Other areas can be booked for $30 convenience plus an additional .54 per mile during my normal business hours. Outside of my normal business hours $35, plus mileage.

I work closely with clients to meet their needs within State of Mississippi guidelines.
Services Available: acknowledgments, oaths and affirmations, jurats, signature witnessing and any other acts so authorized by the law of this State.
Please be mindful that ALL services require a valid ID. Valid ID helps ensure that you are the correct person to sign the document. Therefore, it is very of the utmost importance that you bring valid ID.
I am also an ordained Wedding Officiant. I’ll work with you to ensure you enjoy your special day.
Acknowledgements
An Acknowledgment is to certify that the signer of a document is who they claim to be and has voluntarily signed the document.
Oaths/Affirmations
An oath/affirmation is a solemn promise with legal consequences that can be made before a Notary.
Jurats
A Jurat is for a signer to swear or affirm that the contents of a document are true. This can also be the same as an Affidavit or verification on oath or affirmation
Signature Witnessing
A notarial act in which an individual at a single time and place: (1) appears in person before the notary and presents a document: (2) is personally known to the notary or identified by the notary through satisfactory evidence; and (3) signs the document in the presence of the notary.
Wedding Officiant
Getting married and need a Wedding Officiant? Look no further! As I mentioned before, I’m not your typical notary. I am an ordained minister and available to do your wedding: indoor or outdoor, big or small. Just tell me what you need me to wear for the occasion. I can dress to match your theme, dressy black suit/or dress, Jeans, t-shirt and cowgirl boots. It’s your day ! I’d love to help you tie the knot and ensure your documentation is signed and filed in a timely manner.
Fees:Officiating fees are based on your needs and travel. Base price within Jackson County $75 for a small simple wedding (officiant, couple and 2-3 witnesses). Last minute bookings will incur a convenience fee. Cost are negotiated prior to the ceremony. 50% of the agreed upon charge is due at booking. Full payment is due the day of prior to the ceremony.
